Entretien
The 1st round was a coding test in hacker rank. After that I got invitation for 2nd round of F2F interview. It was an average interview and the interviewer was professional. Questions were mostly on basic java multi threading, data structure and algorithms. 2nd round went positive and the interviewer went to find the Manager for next round. It was late, almost 6 PM, the interviewer told me that Manager has left Office for the Day and I would need to come again for next round or the next round could be on Skype.
Very next day I got the shady mail that, my skills don't match the requirement. I couldn't understand why I was rejected after a positive feedback. Pramati is quiet irresponsible about it. The HR is very unprofessional. I had read similar experiences about Pramati in glassdoor and gave it a go anyway and it was mistake.
A suggestion, Please be transparent in your process and respect interviewees. An utter waste of time with Pramati.

There were 4 rounds in total. First was written test of 3 data structures and algorithms questions. I would say the questions were at moderate level. Next two rounds are of technical. Mostly I was interviewed about spring boot. Last round was director round. The questions they asked were quite good and interviewers will help you to boost up the confidence.

Got mail from Pramati Technologies HR as they found me on job portal. Interview is based on Data structures and algo. Overall two technical rounds and one managerial round. technical rounds were easy , mostly focused on basics with some coding skills.
