The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial CV screening, followed by two rounds of interviews:
Technical Discussion Round – This round focused on assessing my core technical knowledge, past experience, and problem-solving skills. It wasn't overly difficult but covered relevant topics aligned with the job role. Specially about Linux, AWS cloud and DevOps
CTO Round – This round was more strategic and behavioral. The focus was on understanding my approach to handling work, decision-making in real-world scenarios, and how confidently I can manage responsibilities.
overall the process was positive, interviewers were professional, and the environment encouraged open conversation. They were mainly evaluating technical competence, confidence, and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
