Prajna offered a bunch of interviews in a short period of time. I met with the CEO, Kristen, and coordinated mostly through their people manager. I also met with team leads (Max, Jon, and Jen). Interviews were mostly 30 minutes to an hour and over Zoom, spread out across 10 days. I was asked a lot of questions about what I wanted to do with my career at Prajna. It sounds like they're pretty good at matching your interests with what roles they have open, even if it's just fusing multiple roles together to customize the perfect one for you. The final "interview" with Kristen was actually an offer and talking through benefits. It was cool to see the CEO so involved.
