A chat on the phone with a recruiter, followed by a technical case study SQL based interview with 2 senior consultants and then a fit chat with a director. Everyone was friendly at all stages and they gave me a great overview of the company.

How would you design a system to track data from Olympic events?
I had an engaging RDBMS problem to solve, followed by a second interview that included an interesting and insightful conversation with a senior staff member. I felt they were genuinely interested in my input and showed a real interest in my CV.

Very strange interview mostly revolving around a technical SQL scenario whereby you are asked to design a SQL program to help universities plan their exams.
Felt like an exam on relational databases which few people would be familiar with. Limited time actually discussing my personal CV and strengths I believe I can bring to the role.
Slightly cold interviewing style gave me a bad overall feeling of the company.
