Seems like a good company and opportunity for those starting in their tech career - they also reimbursed my 3h train to London and then to Staines for the interview.
Unfortunately due to logistical challenges I didn't accept.

SQL challenge, they won't expect code just overall system architecture and other questions.

Entretien
First there is a quick screening call. Then, a technical interview regarding a data related case study. Then, more of a relaxed discussion interview where they ask you about your resume and you have a chance to ask questions to them.
In person interview is mandatory. Interview lasted about 90 minutes where I was asked to designed a database system for the 2028 Olympic Games. The concept is simple but they ask you to do a lot in the 20 minutes they leave the room for. Interviewed by two senior consultants who didn’t seem much older than me
