I joined the Google Meet for my interview right on time, and no one else was there. I decided I could wait five minutes because the interviewer could be wrapping up a meeting that ran past the scheduled time. After five minutes passed and it was just me looking at me I decided I would wait until 10 minutes had passed to leave the meeting. I did so once no one else showed up or even tried to contact me via email or phone. I let the recruiter know that I had left the interview after none of my interviewers had shown up and 10 minutes had passed. She told me the interviewer would like to reschedule my interview for later today and would call me on my cell phone. I declined because if a company isn't going to respect my time right off the bat, how will they treat me once I work for them? Poorly.
