Very rude internal recruiter. Did not make me feel welcomed and midway through the phone call I wanted to hang up. After speaking with her, I do not wish to work for this company. Odd because this company has tremendous reviews on Glassdoor. Told me "I need you to stay focused" as I was explaining excel examples and moving from one example to the next. Asked why I did not have jobs from 10 years ago listed on my resume. I asked her job specific questions and she rudely said “i am only a recruiter and I do not answer those questions. Those are for the hiring manager”. Grilled me on my six sigma certifications I got 10 years ago. The job does not require six sigma. The six-sigma questions felt patronizing as she has six sigma certifications listed on her Linkedin profile and she wanted to feel superior over me.
