3 rounds of interviews. One over the phone, one with the team and then a "Partner Interview". Partner Interview was nothing about my background or skills. It was more of an interview to see if the partner liked me or not. When asked about an ideal candidate, the answer was, "We don't know." Really?...When asked about next steps (just to be formal), the answer was, "We will hire you or we won't." Wow. How very polished... With no formal outline for a new position and then lack of interest expressed during the "final" interview, this is was NOT a display of a professional environment. Initial interviews with the team were awesome and they seemed involved and invested, but the ending left a bad overall vibe. If that person was going to be my overall "boss", then no thanks.
