it was a off campus First, we had an aptitude round, followed by a group discussion, and finally, the interview. They asked about our background and our views on various social issues. Even the group discussion wasn’t based on a typical topic—it was centered around a story of a woman, which revolved around the societal standards set for women. It was a very complex story.

At first there was a aptitude round followed by GD and finally the interview.
Aptitude ques were moderate and the gd was story based and the interview was just a normal one.
First is the CV Screening (which means they shortlist from the CV), and Second is the Group Discussion and finally interview. In this group discussion is the most important component of the interview process.
