Met with the National GM and HR Manager after a successful phone interview. Both are warm and friendly people and the interview took place within the conference room. One of the questions posed was how long I planned on staying at the company due to high turnover at the time.

The interview process was seamless and professional and I was contacted within 4 hours of applying for the job on Seek. The talent and recruitment team is very good at keeping in touch and selling the dream and being appropriately forthcoming about life as a Sales Associate. Unfortunately this is where the good impression of the company ends and the professionalism I expect for a luxury fashion house ceases.
