An HR representative called me first to set up the interview between me and the hiring manager. It took a few weeks to finally get it scheduled. It was only when I told them that I would be away for ten days with no phone or internet access that they finally got on the ball and scheduled me in. We had a telephone interview where the hiring manager asked typical introductory interview questions. Then, when I was asked a technical question that I did not give the "correct" the answer to, they promptly and politely stopped the interview. The entire phone interview lasted 10 minutes.
