The HR interview was smooth and for the second interview, the interviewer was very unfriendly. It was conducted via Zoom but all the time he was not even looking at the candidate and seemed like doing something else.

The questions were not thought through and he was just reading them from google. He wouldn't make a communication with the candidate but will give one-liner in reply.

PowerUs completely ghosted me after two calls: The first contact to the recruiter was quite good and then they moved me for a technical interview with their QA Lead. This second call was quite ok but it seems the interviewer didn't like it, what it's completely fine. What is not okay is ghosting a candidate! Since they didn't contacted me after a week or so, I asked for feedback or updates by email and Linkedin. The recruiter not only never replied, but also had the guts to send me an email asking for giving feedback to the recruitment process. I felt deeply disrespected by their lack of professionalism. Everyone who applies for a position is investing their time on that company and respect is the minimum we expect!

Poor Recruitment Experience at Powerus:
I applied for the Senior QA engineer at Powerus and was disappointed with the recruitment process. Despite investing considerable effort into a comprehensive technical assignment, I was not only rejected but also left without any feedback. Attempts to initiate a post-interview discussion were met with silence, reflecting a disheartening lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time.
This experience has significantly diminished my view of Powerus. A company's recruitment process is indicative of its overall ethos, and the absence of basic communication and courtesy in my case raises concerns. Prospective candidates should be aware of this potential lack of engagement and responsiveness.
