The interview happened over the internet. It lasted about a maximum of 10 minutes. During the interview, the candidate could not ask any questions from their side. Instead, the candidate had to reply to numerous questions from the COO. The experience itself felt very rushed, thus making the candidate feel like the interviewer is not interested in the candidate, but it's something that is on their to-do list and needs to be done, so they could mark it as 'done'. After the interview, they checked on me once and asked if I'd be OK with lowering my salary expectations, as they'd like to move forward with me. I asked them to make their counteroffer for me and let me know what they would be willing to pay, but they never replied to me after that. Personally, I'd not apply again after that experience.
