There were 4 rounds. 1. Group discussion to test your communication skill 2. Two pre-employment assessments: a personality assessment and then a cognitive assessment. 3. Technical round mostly around SQL 4. Managerial round

Contacted by a recruiter and setup a phone interview with 3 others. Had to complete a personality test and skill test. Did not make it past the phone interview and did not hear back about the rejection for months.
