Interview process was off-putting. Multiple reschedules definitely gave the impression folks were either overworked or didn't value the role. I asked to withdraw my candidacy after 2nd interview due to this impression and was assured it was an anomaly and I should just hang in and it would get better. First person I spoke with was kind and interested and had a great conversation. Second interview was dry and interviewee seemed uninterested (maybe I am not interesting). 3rd was borderline rude, aloof and wanted me to know how busy and important she was so I just accept the reschedules and be happy I had her time now. Overall very poor impression of culture and the value they place on people.

First a screening call with HR rep. Then asked to take a CCAT test. Twice - the second time is supervised to make sure you are cheating. Then interviewed with multiple people across the marketing team - one joint interview, and 2 individual interviews.
