Not long after submitting my application, I was asked to take a cognitive assessment - the CCAT. Shortly after, I was asked for a phone screen with a Recruiter. She then had me take the CCAT again while she observed me over Skype. Within minutes, she sent me on to the hiring manager for the department, who conducted a pretty thorough interview and gave me a writing prompt for a sample of my "customer service voice".
Due to an internal candidate coming forward, I was then asked to interview with a different team. We had a terrific time, I felt like I had already been working with the team for years. I was offered the position a week later. All told, the whole process from application to offer took about 3 weeks, then 2 more weeks to be able to start.

What is your first priority when tackling a customer's issue?
There are totally five rounds GD round, Written assessment, Technical round, manager round , hr round. The interview is easy. Every round is an elimination round. Questions will be asked based on your resume.

I interviewed at powerschool Bengaluru, had 5 rounds in total, 1st was Group discussion, Second was Scenario based written round, 3rd was technical which included technical and scenario based questions 4th was managerial round which also had technical and situation based questions. 5th was also kind of managerial round
