Entretien
Interviews were all over the place. Staff was often too busy to join calls or to follow up. Overall experience was very negative and the team did not show any enthusiasm for mentorship and training besides basic data entry and paperwork. Interviewers admitted that the turnover rate is a major problem, which is understandable considering the office culture. Lots of unfounded emphasis on working w/ local organizations but no apparent attempt to reach out to local communities.
