The very easy interview process that starts with a recruiter phone interview. Then you move to a zoom interview with your recruiter and their manager. I was then offered the role and gave my two weeks notice to my current employer but then one day later the clinic I was supposed to be starting at reached out to me for an interview with them. Luckily they offered me the job, but it was misleading for Power Personnel to tell me I had the job before I did. But from there on they were helpful and they tell you everything you need to get done to be compliant with hospital regulations.
