Very easy process with the Regional Vice President of the office, very well constructed with the intentions to find the best characteristics in the candidate. Some questions were open-ended which allowed me to express myself as not only an employee but also as a person which helped me relate to the interviewer, showing that this company isn't only about the numbers of the success but the personal success of each employee.
