Very comfortable. Easy to have a conversation with interviewing manger. Very honest and open. Transparent about pay, growth & opportunity. Also showed a few videos about the companies events and charities that they fundraiser for.

Sit down and watch a video about the company for a few minutes. Interviewer comes in and then asks you questions about your experience. Easy first interview, second interview you come in and go into more depth about your skills and why you would be a good fit at Power.

Two interviews that included speaking iwth direct reports and discussing goal and experiences. Was done within 1 week and offer was included. I think that is all, kinda crazy this needs to be 30 words or exist at all.
