They were straightforward about the job from the start. I was contacted a few days after submitting my resume, and an interview was set up in a timely manner. The interview itself was fairly normal, the hiring manager was professional. I was given what seemed to be a well-prepared and scripted overview of the company (mostly a reiteration of the facts on their career page). I was asked a variety of open-ended questions, like "where do you see yourself in ten years" and "how do you deal with rejection". The interview went alright, and I was told I would receive a call in 72 hours to inform me if I would be getting a second interview. I never received that call...
