Initial call over the phone. I thought the interview would be more preliminary and friendly since it was over the phone and about 10 minutes long. The guy asked me a bunch of questions about my work history and didn't allow me space to ask them any questions about the role. He didnt really seem like he knew what he was talking about. Ended up getting rejected before even having a formal full panel interview.
