I applied through indeed and got a call within a few days to ask me in for an interview . I was really nervous as it had been so long since I had done one that I didn't know what to expect. When I got there my nervous quickly went away due to how comfortable I was made to feel. I couldn't believe how highly agents spoke about their place of work and they spoke like they were a family rather than just another number. I was taken into a room after filling in some forms and James who done my interview could not have been any nicer and put my mind at ease straight away. He started by asking me some questions to get to know me and find out about my experience in my current job role. He then went on to tell me about what the role entails and power 21’s values and I was impressed. I then got asked some competency based questions and then he let me know there and then that I had got the job and i cant wait to start.
