I had a scheduled call with the recruiting manager. However, she completely missed our meeting and ghosted me for our scheduled time. I followed up saying she had missed our scheduled time and she was not apologetic whatsoever and said she was offsite for a meeting (later to find out this was a lie and failed to mention this "meeting" to me prior to). A follow-up call was scheduled. From there I met with other members of the account team (one of them ended up being fired on my first day) and one of the CEO's. It became a 3 round interview process.

They contacted me after receiving my resume for a phone screening. We set the time and a couple of days later, the lady from HR called me and we spoke for about 15 minutes. We didn’t get too deep into details as she was not the hiring manager nor did she do a job directly related to the role. I sent my thank you email and after two weeks of not hearing back I emailed them. That was when they told me they would not move forward with me. They had me in limbo for a couple of weeks without having even met the team or even meeting the hiring manager, I thought I wasn’t given a fair chance. Then they only contacted me about it when I sent them an email asking for an update.

Entretien
Had a phone screening with a recruiter and then a phone interview with a hiring manager. The recruiter was not knowledgable about the position and struggled to answer basic questions about the job. The hiring manager was unprofessional and cold. They didn't even have the decency to get back to me after 2 interviews to let me know about my status. Ghosting candidates is extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend dealing with this company.
