Not even worth attending interviews.
If the purpose of the interview is just to check the implementation and working code , then I think there are multiple platforms available in the market.
Why to even waste time with F2F interviews.

Most absurd coding and technical round.
There is no design round that tests the application, instead, there are academic Q&A questions like, event loop, ACID, CAP, HTML rendering, etc.
Weirdest coding round I ever faced. The focus was on if you can make something work and not on the performance, problem-solving ability of the code, or code quality.
They expect you to use a database like Mysql and solve the problem in less than an hour.
"Not everyone out there uses MySQL"

There were 4 rounds, First two rounds were good, lots of technical discussion, and a system design ( working application). The first two interviewer was really nice, discussed designs, alternative ways of doing things, a lot about the internet and protocols
Then happened the third round, It was the most baseless round I have ever faced in my career.
The interviewer was asking random things (which he might have seen on youtube minutes before the interview) and asking me to guess the answers ( and the questions too ). It was annoying.
I would suggest watching all the trending youtube videos before going for the interview coz if you are lucky like me, there will be a round where all the irrelevant questions will be asked.
