The interview is conducted via Zoom which involves a group of current employees and applicants. Initially, you'll introduce yourself to everyone. Following this, applicants will move to breakout rooms where they will engage in answering 30-45 second questions in rotation. During this session, one staff member will observe while the other staff member is keeping track of time. Towards the end of the interview, you have approximately 10 minutes to ask the staff questions. Overall, you have three rounds of interviews before you get an official offer.

Virtual interview, that consisted of a group of people. You’ll go into a breakout room and answer multiple questions with one another, while the staff observes. Questions ask about college experience, challenges you faced, a time you dealt with a difficult student, etc.
