I applied online and had multiple interviews including group and one on one inteviews. In the 2nd or 3rd round, I would have to prepare material to present to the group. Also had a Q&A with a group of individuals and then small round questionnaire.

It was honestly super awkward. It was over Zoom and they apparently tried to do the interview the same way they would in person, and it....didn't translate well. There were 25 of us in a group interview, and they would put us in chat rooms of 3 or 4 and have staff filter through and listen to us answer questions. We each had 2 minutes to answer and if you didn't use all your time we all just sat there awkwardly. The interview felt very impersonal and like we were all being pitted against each other (which we were, but 25 people??? In one Zoom interview???? Come on! and there was another group interview scheduled to happen the next day with different people).
I didn't get invited back to interview again, but honestly the Posse Foundation gave off such a sense of unprofessionalism in this interview that I probably would have declined anyway. I went back and looked a few weeks later to see who did get the job, and they hired two people for the position - both of which already worked for the company. So basically they were interviewing a ton of people for a job that none of us had a real chance at anywy.

I received an invite to the group interview two weeks after submitting my application, and I was given a few days to confirm my participation. The day of the interview, I arrived 15 minutes early and signed in at the front desk. They asked for my availability the next week in case I got a callback. I hung out with the four other participants in the student lounge before the interview started. I think Posse picked a good group of (5 total) people to interview. They were all easy to talk with and very passionate about the field. We were interviewed by three Posse employees: the executive director, the other career program manager, and the assistant to the director. The interview process mirrors what others have said in other reviews here. We were shown a short video about Posse and then given some information on how the rest of the process would go.
The main part of the interview involved the participants forming a circle and answering questions (the ones that I remember are below), with a 1 minute time limit. One interviewer managed this part, while the two other interviewers observed from outside of the circle. After this, we were given a bit more detail on what the Career Program Manager (CPM) role would involve and also had the chance to ask questions of the interviewers. Overall, the process took 2 hours. It was an overall pleasant experience.
