I applied for the position via LinkedIn. A few days later, I received an email where they gave three topics and said to choose any one topic, complete it, and send it to the HR email address. I completed the assignment and sent it through email. After two days, they called me and asked if they could schedule a virtual interview on Monday. I agreed. Note: They focused on assessing communication skills and preferred answers with real-time examples. My communication was slightly weak, even though I answered all the questions correctly. I think I was rejected because I didn’t receive any response after the interview. Therefore, communication skills must be well-prepared.
