HR approached via LinkedIn and scheduled a Virtual Interview,
1. First of all the questions were not conveyed in a clear and precise manner.
2. Interview was not ready for a different solution other than what was there in his mind.
3. When I went in-depth and explained the concepts, the receptor having basic knowledge, was not able to grasp it
Overall, I'm unsatisfied with the interview process and unhappy with the evaluation

Applied online. Recruiter call to describe about the role and company. Standard technical screen where you are asked to code. I implemented it and it had a bug and I fixed it with some hints. and ran out of time to fully implement it. Was rejected afterwards.

Interviewer is not ready for open solution and expecting the same answer in his mind. Trying to confuse the candidate even for a very straight forward answer. So any one get the offer pls ask package like 25lakh+.. Bcz interviewer expect that kind of candidate.. So feel free to ask higher package. we don't what they are expecting from candidates.
