Straightforward, more about past experience than situation based. Then more financial questions about P&L. Overall fairly good and did not feel like it was an interview but a real chance to check if it was the right decision for me and the company.

Several meetings were needed in order to get to the decision maker. Took several weeks for this to occur. I am sure it was worth it! Though it was for P/T as I have a child to get through college and needed the additional income.
