Porter recruiters poached me from a competitor company, extended an offer and then rescinded the offer within a week of starting. Terrible communication and totally unprofessional. Don't ask people to disclose previously developed IP if you're going to rescind offers based on independent work/projects. DO NOT engage with this company.
