Advertised on an Employment Agency. Walked in and approached front desk staff. Manager interviewed me on the spot. Then they call the successful candidate to confirm the starting date. Three days in-house (unpaid) training is provided.

After you submit your application online, the general manager will call you and ask when can you come in for an interview then you verify and a date and time. You come in, let the manager know you're here, sit in the lobby and wait if he/she is busy at the moment, the manager will come and sit down and ask you a few questions and for your ID and Social.
