Multi-step interview process started with phone interview by Director of Project Management, then in-person interview with same person, then culture interview with COO, then final interview with CEO, then team interview with PM's, then reference checks and offer letter.

I received questions about things I knew nothing about to see how I would solve a new problem. It threw me off-guard but I felt it was a fair test.
