Very Unprofessional and Disorganized. They specifically emailed me to schedule an interview saying they were really impressed, then they "Rescheduled", ghosted me and then the Director sends me a generic rejection template. Don't bother interviewing with this company at all if this is how they treat their candidates.

Consisted in 4 rounds of interviews +1 assignment to test your skills. I'd say that most of the interviews went smoothly but I feel that it all goes not in how qualified you are but how much you're liked.
Interviewed with recruiter then potentially a hiring manager interview. Typical interview questions in the first interview. They let you know if you will continue to the next interview or not.
