I applied online and then heard from human resources a few days later. Then scheduled a phone screening with HR on Friday and then had a virtual interview on Monday.
It was very easy and streamlined. Effective communication from HR, managers, and pre-boarding. You set up an online portal to verify the status of the application, and once you are in the actual interview it will be with a panel.

Entretien
First had a phone interview with an HR specialist. Then I interviewed with different department's hiring managers. Those interview ran roughly 30-40 mins, covering my work experience, and detailing example of how I handled certain types of scenarios.
