A phone interview with a recruiter, an assessment, and then an interview with a hiring manager and "director." However, it was a one on one with a hiring manager and then the director joined halfway through and I had to start over. I basically checked out at that point. She also didn't strike me as someone sales-centric, and based upon her comments I don't see longevity or success for Polly much longer.
