This store is new to this area. I found a post on Craigslist and sent them my resume. They Called me in for an interview the next day. When I got there, they made me fill out an application. asked me some general questions about my experience, and explained some positions that were similar to past job experience.

Very simple and straight forward. What roles can you do, have you used a cash register before? Can you lift 50 lbs and be constantly bending down. Are you bilingual, they seemed to hire me on the spot.

Pretty easy going interview. I was a student at the time with little hospitality experience. Everyone was welcoming for the most part. Questions revolved around my availability and overall work experience. You don’t need to know Spanish but it can be helpful.

The interview process was thorough and good. They didn’t make me wait to long and they were quick with their responses too. They called me quickly to let me know their response as well.
