The interview was good and then had to answer questions before leaving. They asked about my former job and what could I do to improve my skills or change anything. I told them that I felt I had the skills to do the job and since I worked there before and had a good record that the only thing I felt I could do better was listen more and talk less. I had to go through the process even after working full time and part time which was fair. I did not get the job but encouraged to apply again for another position.
