I was contacted via LinkedIn and did a first interview with an HR associate. Communication was a little slower than I'd expect for a dedicated recruiter but I think they cast a wide net to fill new positions on a growing team. The job sounded like a pretty basic sales/accounts entry-level position so not particularly interesting to me or a perfect match to my background or current position. I wasn't asked back after the first interview.
