A external recruiter had set me up for an interview with Polar. My first interview was a 30-45 minute video call with a member of their team. I went through my background and why I wanted the role and if I would be a good fit. The second round was an in person interview in the NYC office with the CCO. Similar structure as the first except this was a bit more formal. Some questions regarding day to day and what stands out about my experience. In both interviews I had the privilege to ask many questions and was pleased with their answers.
