Phone interview was approx. 2hours. Then was invited for an assessment exam. Passing the exam will lead to technical interviews with a panel of Senior QA's and a manager. If you passed the interview, you will be endorsed to the HR manager

Entretien
Online application is a breeze, HR will call you as soon as possible. HR will do a long initial - technical phone interview, where in my case took 40 minutes. Then will message you and invite you for an assessment exam if you qualify or passed that initial phone interview. If you pass the assessment exam, you will be directed to the technical interview (that may be done by a panel of interviewers or maybe a person only) that will take for 2 hours. If you pass the technical interview, you will be directed again for another technical interview.
