1. Screening call from Recruiter
Ran through the role, what would be expected.
2. Interview with VP of Sales and AE Lead (interview)
pressure tested, asked straight questions to try to catch you off guard, ran through your desires for Podium/Role.
3. Interview with other Sales leaders in the office (culture check/interview)
Asked a lot of Why questions? as well as tested/repeated some of the questions you would have gotten in the first interview.

Entretien
Extensive interview and no response very poor interview process and no feedback after 3 rounds despite being told I would be contacted by the recruitment representative. Not even a courtesy email to advice they would not be progressing.

What experience I could bring to the team from previous saas role.
3 interviews with a bunch of jumbled questions. Everything was very out of order and kind of useless. Ultimately the managers are all interviewing you to decide if they want you for their team or not.
