I am a college student who currently resides in Virginia but wanted to move to Utah post graduation. Podium was the first company that I feel gave me a fair playing field even though I was across the country. I heard about Podium through a friend who’s brother in law works there. I spoke with his brother in law who then referred me to the recruiter. After that I had a series of 4 interviews, each about 30 minutes. I never felt at a disadvantage being across the country and finished the process with an awesome job lined up after graduation. The interview process was seamless and enjoyable.

The process was long and very full of themselves. I did find it smooth however. Finally when I got an in person interview i feel it was a repeat of the phone interview and I barely got a chance to say anything I’ve accomplished.

The interview was a joke. They were supposed to have two people interview me, one showed up 20 minutes late to an interview that lasted 30 minutes. They asked me why I had chosen them and about my history and then told me that I was not a good fit for them. I feel that they discriminated against me because of my age!
