Initial phone interview with recruiter, general discussion about my background and the job I was applying for. That lead to an in-office interview with 2 managers. After an hour, they asked if I had time to meet with a VP. After that interview I was invited back again one more time to meet with an executive. This all happened within a week- which seems to not always be the norm- but my schedule was flexible so that helped.
