I really appreciate how fast they have been with the interview process. But I feel like some of the questioning wasn't very well mapped out. At some point late in the interview process I started to get the same question (Worded slightly different) over and over, as if they were looking for a specific answer without articulating this. It was interesting, and was 5 rounds.

They asked me how I would go about the job given its high autonomy, utilizing team resources and AI.
Recruiter meet and greet first, and then met with a design lead, met with a few higher ups in product, then ultimately the CPO/CMO.
They asked about prior experience, did a dive into things I had built previously. It was pretty straightforward.
