3 stages in the process, the 1st being with HR, second was a cultural fit and 3rd was more role specific. I was made to feel welcome throughout which allowed me to answer as best possible.

Entretien
Heard back after my application the next day via email arranging a phone interview in two days time. Phone interview was very relaxed and i felt I was in safe hands. Was invited to an in person culture interview the following week, also very relaxed, I then had a skill interview the next day. Was offered the job via phone a week later.
