Online Assessment 2 hr 45 mins. 2 problem solving and 1 code review 1-hour phone interview with 2 engineers. I suppose the other engineer is present to just monitor the interview. A leetcode question with a follow-up. Came up with optimal solutions to both problems without any help. Then got rejected without any feedback. PS: I have read it in the comment section of many posts that Pocket Gems is trying to improve their process but I don't see the results. To be honest, the candidate deserves some feedback.
