Great company! 2nd stage of the recruitment process is to meet Diane the hiring manager in London. I could have not been so comfortable in an interview. I was introduced to the team after, which is a very nice touch and never you would experience that in any stage of the interview process. You can feel the lovely atmosphere and close family ties of the team. It truely reflects the vission, mission and values so closely in Plus. What a desirable place to work and spend the rest of my career. If I am unfortunate to be part of this company I am sincerely would like to join voluntarily. Lots of obstacles to pass through before you can be a fully Plus employee as was explained in the onset of the process by Amber but I do understand as they want the best and they invest a lot in looking for a right person to fit in to the team.

Plus has a rather lengthy interview process, which begins with meeting an HR recruiter. After that department managers and supervisors are also met. A test is administered which is testing different strength areas, work ethic, and personality. Interview questions were given out via email. Every step of the way Plus communicates with the candidate, and at no point did I feel pushed under the rug or that people were dragging their feet.
