We agree that clear communication, respect for candidates’ time, and consistency are essential parts of delivering a professional and fair candidate experience. In this instance, we recognize we didn’t meet those expectations. The internal changes that paused and then reopened the role led to gaps in our process, and we should have communicated more clearly and ensured your prior progress was handled as promised.
