The interview process was very transparent, steps were listed on the website and reinforced by the initial recruiter screen. No formal presentations were required. 4 stages of interviews - initial recruiter screen, CCAT & personality assessment, VP of team interview, and direct manager interview.

Entretien
First call with recruiter, then mentioned interview 2 with hiring manager would be final interview. It was not, which is fine but don't tell me it is. 3rd interview was then scheduled and then it was cancelled on me and they said the team wants me to meet others first. I do not have time to be passed around so I politely declined moving forward in the process after the lack of honesty, and have a current job to focus on

Entretien
Met with the recruiting team to review application and fit. From there I was set up with a cognitive test. Once the test was completed, they set me up with an interview. The interview was with the Director of Sales. After this session, the Director and I exchanged some emails regarding the role. About a week and a half later I had a secondary interview/meeting with the Director of Sales. We discussed the role, my personal alignment with position and being offered the position. Later that day I started the acceptance process
